Challenge
Nexus Analytics required a custom internal dashboard to replace fragmented spreadsheets and manual reporting. Their operations team spent hours each week pulling data from multiple sources, with no single view of KPIs across departments.
Solution
We designed and built a bespoke SaaS dashboard with real-time data pipelines, role-based access control, and enterprise SSO integration. The frontend uses Next.js with interactive charts, while a Python backend processes over 10 million data points daily via scheduled ETL jobs deployed in Docker containers.
Results
The dashboard reduced weekly reporting time by 85%, gave leadership a live view of operations, and scaled to handle enterprise SSO for 200+ internal users without performance issues.
